Cancellation Policy

At GutCode, we understand that plans can change, and we aim to be flexible while ensuring fair access for all our patients. Cancellations or changes can be managed via your client portal or you can email us directly at hello@gutcode.co.

  • Cancellations or Rescheduling (48+ Hours Notice)
    You can cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge if done at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Cancellations (Within 48 Hours)
    Appointments cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled time will incur a fee of 50% of the consultation fee. This fee reflects the costs incurred due to lost appointment time, administrative expenses, and staff allocation.
  • Same-Day Cancellations or No-Shows
    Cancellations on the day of the appointment or failure to attend will result in a charge of 100% of the consultation fee. This charge compensates for the inability to rebook the time slot and lost revenue.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. If this happens, please email us at hello@gutcode.co to explain, and we may waive the fee at our discretion. Examples include sudden illness, medical emergencies, or family emergencies. We assess fee waivers on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellations by GutCode

If we need to cancel your appointment for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible, and we will offer to reschedule at no additional cost. IF rescheduling is not possible, you will be entitled to a full refund.
